RETURN POLICY
(a) Returns
If the item you receive does not meet your expectations (including defects, damage, or discrepancies with the description), you can return it for a refund. Please attach photos of the received item to your email to customer service so we can process your request more quickly.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with its original packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (shipping costs for returns due to quality issues are reimbursed).
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and we will refund your money. Contact: service@barebells.cam.com. Customers are only responsible for one return shipping cost (including the return itself); no replacement fee is charged for returns.
(b) Damaged Items
Items arriving damaged are eligible for a full refund (damaged outer packaging alone, with the contents intact, is not considered damaged).
(c) Return Address
Please contact service@barebells.cam.com to obtain your return address.
(d) Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days (processing twice a week, which may cause slight delays).
(e) Order Cancellation
Full refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours of shipment; partial refunds are available only if cancelled after 24 hours.
